    Creamy lobster and corn chowder is a New England classic served at clam shacks and seafood joints dotting the Eastern shore. I love to stop in to visit my local lobsterman to pick out the lobsters myself and then head over to the farmers market for the freshest sweet corn I can find. This dish is best made in the summer when corn is the star of the season.
