This salad is great for the summer. It is light yet filling. The flank steak is marinated in a sweet salty soy marinade and then stir fried and tossed with greens and sprouts.
Arrive at the tailgate with this flank steak already in the marinade. When the fire is ready, you're good to go. Throw it on the grill, you'll be enjoying steak in about 10 minutes flat.
Extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and pastas, lots to choose from.
