Tip: Reserve 1/4 cup of you pasta cooking water. You can add it, as needed, to your pasta to moisten it right before tossing with the final sauce. The starch will help the sauce to adhere.
You can also make this dish with larger filets of salmon. Just increse the cook time by 2 or 3 minutes.
