Dilled Creamy Pasta

Dilled Creamy Pasta

Tip: Reserve 1/4 cup of you pasta cooking water. You can add it, as needed, to your pasta to moisten it right before tossing with the final sauce. The starch will help the sauce to adhere.

  • Yield: 2 servings


  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups fully-cooked egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill


  • In a small saucepan heat cream and butter over low heat, add noodles, and season with salt and pepper. Toss until well-mixed and heated through. Remove from heat and toss in dill. Serve immediately.
