    Andouille Stuffed Jalapenos

    Since the size of Jalapenos range, use your best judgement to augment the recipe as necessary after you have filled them. Either whip up a bit more filling, or send someone out for a few more jalapenos! To take the pressure off, you can stuff the jalapenos up to a day ahead. Just cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
