Strawberry Daiquiri Ice Pops

Strawberry Daiquiri Ice Pops

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 24 hours
  • Yield: 8 to 10 pops


  • 1 1/2 pounds strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 2 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
  • 1/2 cup superfine sugar


  • Combine half of the ingredients in a blender and puree, then strain through a fine mesh strainer into a container. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

  • Pour into ice pop molds and freeze until well set, at least 8 hours. Serve frozen.
