Chipotle Mayo

This zesty chipotle mayo will kick up just about any sandwich.

  • Yield: 1 cup


  • 1 cup homemade or store bought mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Chipotles in Adobo, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir well.

  • The mayo can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
