- 1 cup homemade or store bought mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Chipotles in Adobo, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir well.
The mayo can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
