Garlic-Basil Mayo

  • Yield: Yield: 1 1/2 cups


  • Garlic-Basil Mayo

  • 1 cup mayonnaise, store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup roasted garlic
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

  • The mayonnaise can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 3 weeks.
