French Quarter Cooler

This rum and citrus cocktail is perfect for beating the summer heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 1/4 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • Ginger beer, for topping off drink
  • 1 lemon wheel, for garnish

Directions

  • Combine the rum, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, and St. Germain's in a Collins glass over ice. Stir to combine, then top the drink off with the ginger beer and garnish with the lemon wheel.
