- 4 fresh basil leaves, plus 1 basil sprig for garnish
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 4 dashes rhubarb bitters
- 1 rosemary sprig, for garnish
Muddle the basil leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with the vodka, then add the lime juice, Cointreau, and bitters. Pour the drink over ice and garnish with the basil and rosemary sprigs.
