Thai Vinaigrette

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: About 1 cup


  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hot chili oil
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons tamari
  • 2 dried red peppers


  • Combine the oils and garlic. Whisk in the vinegar and tamari. Add the peppers. This dressing will get hotter the longer it stands.
