Cranberry Citrus Vodka Slush

Cranberry Citrus Vodka Slush

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 5 minutes plus time for freezing
  • Yield: about 3 quarts

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice, strained
  • 1 1/4 cups vodka
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice, strained
  • 1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur such as Grand Marnier

  • In a clean 1/2-gallon container, combine all ingredients. Cover and freeze until frozen solid. If you are bringing the beverage to an outside event such as a picnic or tailgate, pack it into a cooler to keep your picnic food cold and let thaw about 20 to 30 minutes while enjoying the picnic. Scrape and stir with a large metal spoon or fork until thawed and slushy.  Serve immediately.
