- 4 teaspoons creme de cassis (black currant syrup, available at liquor stores)
- 1 (375 ml) bottle Brut Champagne
- 2 lemon twists
Pour 2 teaspoons of the creme de cassis in each of 2 tall, fluted Champagne glasses. Pour the Champagne into each glass, and add a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
