Mole Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Basic Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup Green Mole Sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over high heat. Continue to cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Serve immediately or store, refrigerated, in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. Reheat in a small saucepan over low heat.
