New England Style Lobster Dinner

  • Yield: 6 servings


  • 6- 1 1/2 pound lobsters
  • 9 ears of sweet corn
  • 1/2 pound drawn butter
  • 12 red bliss potatoes, boiled until tender
  • 6 ears sweet corn, shucked, silk removed, and boiled for 4 minutes


  • In a large lobster pot, cook lobsters in boiling salted water about 11 to 12 minutes. Remove and serve immediately with drawn butter, boiled potatoes and corn on the cob.
