- 6- 1 1/2 pound lobsters
- 9 ears of sweet corn
- 1/2 pound drawn butter
- 12 red bliss potatoes, boiled until tender
- 6 ears sweet corn, shucked, silk removed, and boiled for 4 minutes
- In a large lobster pot, cook lobsters in boiling salted water about 11 to 12 minutes. Remove and serve immediately with drawn butter, boiled potatoes and corn on the cob.
