Lemon Aioli

Lemon Aioli

  • Yield: about 1/2 cup


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon (2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon lemon zest chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Dash of Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest, Dijon and garlic to the work bowl of the food processor. Process until smooth. While the machine is running, slowly add the oil, until all is incorporated. Season with Tabasco, salt, and pepper.
