Russian Dressing

A classic you make fresh!

  • Yield: About 1 1/2 cups


  • 1 cup mayonnaise, homemade, or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced dill pickle
  • 1 tablespoon minced celery
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar


  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. The dressing will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator.
