Salsa Verde Crema

  • Yield: About 1 1/4 cups


  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa verde
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
