Apricot Dipping Sauce

  • Yield: A generous 1/2 cup


  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, scraping down the sides. Transfer to a decorative bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. (The sauce will keep for up to 2 days refrigerated.)
