Strawberry Puree

Ingredients

  • 2 pints strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, just until the mixture will puree. Puree should be thick.
