Asian Vinaigrette


  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup macadamia oil


  • In a small bowl, combine the scallions, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, pepper, and salt, and whisk to combine. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream, whisking. Adjust seasoning, to taste.
