- 1 cup Antigua
- 3 cups water
- 4 pears, peeled, cored and cut in quarters
- 4 ounces goat or feta cheese
- tigua and water to a boil. Add the pears and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30 minutes or until the pears are tender. Remove the pears and bring the liquid to a boil and cook until it becomes thick syrup. Place four quarters of pears in each of four martini glass along with 1 ounce of the goat cheese broken into chunks, and top with the Antigua syrup.
