Chicken Casserole

  • Yield: 5 servings


  • Non-stick vegetable spray
  • 5 chicken breasts (bone in)
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, sliced
  • Seasoned salt to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole pan with non-stick spray. Put the chicken breasts in the prepared pan and top each with a tablespoon butter, a slice of garlic and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
