Dijon Vinaigrette

  • Yield: Enough for 4 salads


  • 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup Champagne
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
