Salsa

  • Yield: About 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces ripe tomatoes, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • One and one-half teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • One-half garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • One-fourth teaspoons cumin
  • One-fourth teaspoon salt
  • One-half teaspoon hot sauce

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and chill for two to three hours before serving.
