- 1 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar (that's powdered sugar)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 to 3 tablespoons of water
- You can buy a pre-made white icing. But if you want to try your culinary prowess, just follow the directions below for homemade icing.
- Combine the sugar and lemon juice together in a bowl. Add the water until the icing reaches spreading consistency. Use more water to thin as needed.
