Texa's Best Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge


  • 1 (12-ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar smooth or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • One and one-half quart microwave-proof bowl
  • Spatula
  • Can opener
  • Waxed paper
  • 8 x 8 inch pan
  • Knife for cutting fudge


  • In the microwave-proof bowl melt the chocolate and peanut butter on high power for 3 minutes. Remove from the microwave. Stir well. Add the milk, stirring until well blended. Pour the mixture into 8x8 inch pan, lined with waxed paper. Refrigerate to chill. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
