Grilled Tomato Relish

  • Yield: 8 servings


  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick and grilled
  • 1 red onion, sliced 1/2-inch thick and grilled
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil


  • Roughly chop the tomatoes and onions and place in a large bowl. Add parsley and chives. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with truffle oil. Mix well.
