Vodka Vinaigrette

  • Yield: 1 1/4 cup


  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 turns freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons vodka
  • 2/3 cup olive oil


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until blended. Serve immediately or store, refrigerated, in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Whisk before serving.
