Graham Cracker Crust

  • Yield: One 9-inch crust


  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted (1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter


  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • In a bowl combine the ingredients thoroughly, and press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake until golden and crisp, for about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the crust to cool completely before filling.
