Cilantro Cream

  • Yield: 1 cup


  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve. This keeps for five days.
