Avocado Puree

  • Yield: About 3/4 cup


  • 1 medium-size ripe Haas avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  • In a blender or food processor, process the avocado until smooth. Add the lime juice and heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Pulse once or twice to blend.
