Fish Fry


  • This is an even simpler recipe:
  • Spread yellow mustard over the fish, then dip the fish in corn meal, flour, half corn meal/half flour or commercial fish fry and fry in hot oil. Drain on brown paper bag or paper towels.
  • Cover the fish with thinly sliced white onions and cover with paper towels. Continue stacking fish and onions until all fish are fried.
  • HINT: If you kiss each other after the meal, make sure everyone eats the onions!
