Raw Tomato Sauce

  • Yield: About 2 cups, enough for 4 servings


  • 1 1/2 cups peeled, seeded, small diced tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chervil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Combine all in a medium bowl. It should sit at room temp. for 2 hours before serving.
