Homemade Herbed Soft Cheese

  • Yield: 1 3/4 cups


  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, 12 ounces
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chervil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and white pepper


  • In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Spoon the cheese onto plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to merry.
