- 2 cups finely-grated horseradish
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper
- In a small saucepan combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until liquid has reduced by half. Cool slightly. In a small bowl whisk sour cream to lighten. Add horseradish mixture, stir until well-combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
