Milk Punch

  • Yield: 1 drink


  • 1 1/2 ounces brandy
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2-ounce simple syrup
  • 1-ounce half and half
  • 2 ounces milk
  • Freshly grated nutmeg


  • In a cocktail shaker combine brandy, vanilla, syrup, half-and-half, and milk; fill with ice cubes. Shake vigorously until chilled; strain into a cocktail glass, dust with nutmeg and serve.
