Bourbon Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup confectionerís sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Bourbon

Directions

  • In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve immediately. Yield: 3 cups
