- 2 pints Creole cream cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream
- One-half cup sugar (try confectioners') or other sweetener to taste
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- Blend all of the ingredients together with a hand-held blender or in a food processor. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze until soft-serve consistency. Or, you can place the mixture in metal bowl and freeze, stirring every half-hour until the proper consistency is reached.
