Emeril's Vodka Sauce


  • crushed tomatoes
  • tomato paste
  • heavy cream
  • canola extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh garlic
  • fresh onions
  • salt
  • sugar
  • fresh basil
  • black pepper
  • spices
  • citric acid
  • cornstarch
