Kiwi Sorbet


  • Two and one-half cups packed peeled and chopped kiwis
  • One and one-fourth cups simple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon triple sec


  • In the bowl of a food processor combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Refrigerate until very cold and then process in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
