Rice Wine And Soy Dipping Sauce

  • Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Dash of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • Salt
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 carrot, cut into matchstick strips (about 1/4 cup)

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate the sauce for 2 hours before serving.
