Caprese Kabobs
Ingredients
- 12 pieces buffalo bocconcini
- 12 tear drop tomatoes, assorted colors
- 6 each black and green pitted olives
- 12 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fleur de sel
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 recipe Arugula Pesto
Directions
Assemble, tomatoes, basil (roll from one end to the other), mozzarella balls and olives on medium-sized toothpicks. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with arugula pesto.
