Rue St. Charles
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Hendricks Gin
- 2 ounces freshly squeezed Ruby Red Grapefruit juice
- 1 ounce Rhubard Syrup
- 10 ounces champagne or sparkling wine
Directions
Combine the gin, grapefruit juice, Rhubarb Syrup in a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled. Strain and pour into 2 glasses filled with ice. Top off with the champagne.
