A Flambeau Wedding
A flambeau is a torch used during Mardi Gras parades to help light the way for parading krewes. This cocktail is lit on fire so be careful when making it at home.

- Green sugar for rimming
- ¾ ounce Disaronno Originale amaretto
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ ounce pineapple juice
- ¼ ounce Green Chartreuse
- ¼ ounce Prosecco

Directions
Moisten a martini glass with vodka and rim with the sugar.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add the vodka, Disaronno, simple syrup, lemon juice and pineapple juice and shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
