Venetian Spritz With Prosecco, Aperol And Blood Orange Juice
A spritz is a great way to kick off a meal and a party. It is a nice aperitif before a big meal. This spin on a spritz is great during the winter months when blood oranges are in season.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces chilled Aperol
- 1 ounce chilled blood orange juice
- 4 ounces chilled Prosecco
- Blood orange slice, for garnish
Directions
Into a champagne flute, pour the Aperol and blood orange juice. Fill remainder of flute with Prosecco. Garnish with a blood orange slice and serve immediately.
