NEW ORLEANS (June 27, 2014) – Starting July 1 through August 31, Emeril’s, NOLA Restaurant and Emeril’s Delmonico will each offer a four-course, customizable menu for $45 per person with an optional sommelier-selected wine pairing. The Taste of Summer menus offer guests a chance to sample several signature flavors from the restaurant’s diverse nightly menus with choices for each course. The menus reflect the best and freshest products from New Orleans’ local bounty, so courses and ingredients may fluctuate from week to week. Each restaurant will also offer an optional wine pairing, chosen by the restaurants’ sommeliers to pair perfectly with each course.
At Emeril’s, guests can choose from dishes such as Duck Liver Bruschetta, Crisp Pork Belly-Crawfish Rice Paper Roll, Char Grilled Gulf Swordfish and Vanilla Jasmine Rice Pudding. In the French Quarter at NOLA, choices include Malcolm's Tomato Gazpacho, Yellow Fin Tuna salad, Buttermilk Fried Breast of Chicken and Key Lime Bread Pudding. Emeril’s Delmonico’s summer choices include Gulf Shrimp Ceviche, Watermelon and Delmonico Prosciutto Salad, Grilled Hanger Steak and Warm Blackberry Cobbler.
