Chef Arturo's Orange Guava Vinaigrette

  • Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
  • 3 shallots, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup guava pulp

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Goes well with grilled pork chops.
