Farmers Market Seafood Salad


  • 1/2 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, picked over for shells and cartilage
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined and boiled
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon minced celery leaves
  • 1 tablespoon minced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
